Dear Beanlet,
You're in there! We heard your fast little heartbeat today. 176 bpm! My goodness! That will slow down some as you grow. It was wonderful to be reassured that you're really there and doing well. The midwife said my uterus felt just the right size for your due date of July 19. (I'm thinking of you as due in "late July" so as not to fixate on the day too much.) Your daddy was there and heard you too. In a couple weeks we have an ultrasound to see you and check on your odds of having Downs Syndrome or Trisomy 18. Maybe he'll relax a little then - he's still having trouble believing you're really going to be okay. I'm feeling so happy and excited about you!
